- 4 large skinless boneless chicken breasts.

Method
- Pre-heat the grill.
- Combine the chicken with the butter or olive oil and salt and pepper in a bowl. Make sure that the chicken breasts are coated all over with the mixture.
- Grill the chicken breasts, 10cm (4 inches) from the heat, for 7 to 8 minutes until lightly browned.
